The following is from an email we received:

Rob, when we first met and started working together our company was growing and running in 30 different directions. My day became nothing more that trying to gather information from people all over the office, most of them had a difficult time locating the documents that I needed which continually made me frustrated beyond belief. 

As you know, we were steered to your system by our insurance carrier. At the time we believed our carrier was trying to find another way to monitor our business and keep us under thumb. We quickly realized after meeting with you and seeing your risk management presentation we quickly understood that we could get our hands around so many of those processes that left us exposed on so many levels.

I felt obligated to send you this as I was the biggest “doubting Thomas” when we started. I thought we at the executive level would see all the benefits, but I didn’t think our general employees would embrace this system. I was wrong on so many levels. We continue to find new ways to use The COR and most of the ideas are generated by our office staff.
