User-friendly - Users need little computer experience to successfully navigate in THE COR.  With drag and drop movement, working within The COR is a simple and straightforward.

Intuitive - Gone are the days of searching through banker’s boxes or file cabinets.  With The COR’s intuitive search capabilities, users can quickly retrieve information based on input criteria.  The robust search utility will scan the database for the search criteria located in the documents title or within the document body. 

Limitless - Users can collaborate internally and externally.  Allow your attorney access to pertinent information by assigning a user name and password.  Or, eliminate paper billing by sending invoices electronically.  You decide who has access and what they see!

Compatible - The COR 400+ file formats.  Upload documents, video, media and images.  The COR will hold these records in their native file format.

Environmentally Friendly - With the ability to check documents into and out of The COR, the need for multiple paper copies is eliminated.  Instead, check a document into The COR, notify users who need to review, allow them to modify as needed and check the document back in.  All modifications can be done electronically thus eliminating the need to print a hard copy.  What can be more environmentally friendly than reducing paper use and saving a tree?
